Guess Who’s Coming to Dinner We will be having a Guess Who’s Coming to Dinner on February 22. Dinner will be at a host’s house. Hosts and Guests all provide parts of the meal. TES Golf Tournament Grace Bible Church and The Expositors Seminary will be hosting a TES Traditions Golf Classic, Saturday April 26, 2025; shotgun start 7:30am at Foothills Golf Club in Ahwatukee. Registration includes green fee and lunch. All proceeds will go toward supporting The Expositors Seminary. Ways to Participate: sponsor, donate to silent auction, volunteer, or play. Food Pantry Grace Bible Church houses a food pantry on campus. The food pantry is intended to help meet the benevolence needs of those within our church body as well as, at times, those outside of our church. If you are in need or would like more information about the food pantry please contact Alex DeShields, ([email protected]), who is currently overseeing our benevolence needs.
Pre-Service Prayer Grace Bible Church hosts a time of prayer each Sunday morning, before Equipping Hour. Anyone attending GBC is invited to participate. The group meets from 8:15am-8:45am in the office conference room. The church doors open at approximately 8:00 am. This is a time to share prayer requests and pray for various GBC ministries, and for the GBC worship service. For more details, contact the church office ([email protected]).
Book of the Month January and February’s featured resource is Ed Welch’s A Small Book About a Big Problem which is a gem of biblical wisdom designed to help us tackle one of the most pervasive and subtly devastating struggles in our lives, anger. This book is structured into 50 short meditations that are easy to read but profoundly rich in truth. As well as start this year, let’s be a people who seek to grow in humility, patience, and truth in the Lord. Read this book with us, let the Word of God search your heart, and allow Christ to lead you to greater peace and love.
